Reducing Digital Eye Strain

• Position your screen about an arm’s length from your eyes
• Make an effort to blink more often 
• Position your screen approximately 20 degrees below eye level
• Adjust the colour & brightness settings on your device to match your surroundings 
• Minimize screen glare by dimming the lights or installing an anti-glare screen protector
• Follow the 20-20-20 rule & look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds, every 20 minutes 
• Make an effort to blink more often
